i just bought it used frome game stop and theres only 12 gigs of space on it i looked to delete some stuff off it but theres nothing there its empty wtf?? why is it not 20 gigs?

Im not sure about Xbox but I would assume been a computer man that the missing 7.5gb is been used or reserved by the operating system of the Xbox. The software that makes it function and allows you to play games. Not to mention hard drives always have a little less then they should.
