I have quite a bit of money sitting in my Fiverr acount from gigs I’ve completed. I have a PayPal account, but since I don’t have a bank account or any type of card (whether it be credit or debit) it’s considered unverified. I know you can still use an unverified account to check out with PayPal, but I’m not exactly positive how that works. I wanted to know if it would be possible to have my earnings on Fiverr sent to my PayPal account and then, in turn, be able to use my PayPal account to shop online. Basically, will it credit it as a useable balance to my PayPal account if I select to have my earnings sent to my unverified PayPal account, and can I use that to buy a hoodie with online?
I already asked on the PayPal forums about 2 months ago, and bumped the topic a few times, and absolutely no one has answered me there.

w/out those two things, the paypal account is useless.
you can receive money to the account but you won’t be able to do anything w/it until you get it verified w/bank info.
