I recently set up a free website hosted by freewebs.com
I will buy the domain once I get everything worked out.
I need to set up a system where a person can donate money to another via paypal and automatically 10% will be sent to my site’s paypal.
I know some sites have this set up like fiverr 
.com, but idk how to do it.

Go to Paypal, get a donation button.
